Building on the label’s signature print dresses and romantic prairie blouses the collection takes a safari trip into a blazing sunset where a unique swirly zebra print inspired the design team to conjure a holiday travel state of mind for the season’s parties. The scattered pattern on Copenhagen Studio’s new core item shirtdress is a hyper-pretty riff on savannah blooms crossed with an abstract animal print. Detailed with delicate sleeve ribbons and cut from a beautiful silky crepe, it’s a meeting between the structured safari silhouette and the ultimate dreamy dress. Streamlined interpretations of the safari jacket with matching Bermuda shorts in deep sunset hues pay tribute to Yves Saint Laurent’s iconic spring/summer 1968 collection.
